While technically not illegal, driving with your headphones on is not recommended.
You may still be pulled over and given a warning by police. This is because you will most likely not be able to hear emergency services sirens approaching. They can also be deemed as a distraction and if you get into a crash and kill someone, then guess what….. you are going to jail for manslaughter.
